There are guidelines to protect a credit card customer who considers their nominated financial institution account has been wrongfully debited or debited for an incorrect amount. Procedures are as follows: ​

(a) in the first instance, you must attempt to resolve the matter with Good Samaritan Catholic College, e.g. you request Good Samaritan Catholic College to investigate and possibly receive a refund from Good Samaritan Catholic College; 
(b) If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may approach your financial institution, who will inform you of their claims process, so you can lodge a customer claim form.
